Flower Subscription Terms

By purchasing a flower subscription, you agree to the following:

Seasonal Availability

Our designs are led by the seasons.
During peak growing months, flowers are sourced from our Bacchus Marsh garden. In cooler or low-production periods, flowers are carefully sourced from trusted market growers.

Flower varieties will vary, and specific flowers cannot be guaranteed.

Payments & Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis depending on your selected frequency (weekly, fortnightly or monthly)

  • Payments are processed automatically via your chosen payment method

  • Prices may be adjusted with notice if supply costs significantly change

Skipping or Cancelling

  • Subscriptions can be paused, skipped or cancelled with at least 48 hours notice before your next delivery

  • Requests made after this time may still be processed and charged

Delivery

  • Deliveries are made to Bacchus Marsh, Melton and surrounding suburbs

  • If no one is home, flowers will be left in a safe place where possible

  • Once delivered, responsibility passes to the recipient

Flower Care & Longevity

Flowers are perishable and seasonal by nature.
We cannot guarantee exact vase life, but we always select and prepare flowers to ensure the best possible longevity.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure all delivery details are correct at the time of ordering.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Availability

We reserve the right to limit or pause subscriptions at any time to maintain quality and supply.
