Flower Subscription Terms & Conditions

Overview

Our flower subscriptions are designed to bring fresh, seasonal blooms to your home or workplace on a regular basis. Each arrangement is thoughtfully created using the best flowers available at the time, with a natural, garden-style feel.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms outlined below.

- Subscription Options

We offer weekly and monthly flower subscriptions.

  • Subscriptions are offered as either an in full, once off payment or are ongoing and automatically renew until paused or cancelled

  • Payments are processed at the time of the (once of purchase) or after each renewal period for ongoing subscriptions.

  • Prices are listed in AUD

- Seasonal Availability

We work with seasonal flowers, many of which are grown locally.

  • Each delivery will vary depending on seasonal availability

  • While we will always consider your preferences, specific flower requests cannot be guaranteed

  • Substitutions may be made to ensure the freshest and highest quality blooms

-Delivery Information

  • Delivery is available within our service areas

  • Delivery days are allocated based on your location and run schedule

  • While we aim to honour your preferred delivery day, this is not guaranteed

  • If no one is home, flowers will be left in a safe place if authority is given

Please ensure delivery details and access instructions are correct at checkout.

-Start Dates & Changes

  • Your subscription will begin on the selected start date (or next available delivery run)

  • We require at least 48 hours notice for any changes, pauses, or skips

  • Requests made after this time may not be processed in time for your next delivery

-Pausing or Cancelling

We understand that plans change.

  • Subscriptions can be paused, skipped, or cancelled at any time with a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to your next billing/delivery date

  • No refunds will be issued once a payment has been processed

To make changes, please contact us directly.

-Gift Subscriptions

  • Gift subscriptions are available for a set number of deliveries

  • These do not auto-renew

  • Delivery will cease once the purchased term is complete

- Care & Responsibility

  • Flowers are perishable and care instructions will be provided

  • We are not responsible for flowers once delivered, particularly in extreme weather conditions

  • Please ensure a safe and suitable delivery location is provided

-Payments

  • All subscriptions are billed automatically via your selected payment method

  • Failed payments may result in missed deliveries
